This home was long overdue for an update on the curb appeal. We started on the exterior painting of this beautiful home in Seminole, Florida by doing a thorough pressure washing. We then made sure we caulked all the windows and filled all the stucco cracks with elastomeric patching compound. Next we covered all the windows, landscaping and everything not to be painted with plastic and drop cloths. We then apply a clear sealer to seal any chalky paint and promote a good bond for the paint. We then apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Latitude in a satin finish to not only make the home even more beautiful but to also insure weather tight protection from the harsh Florida weather.
