Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay completed an exterior painting project. They always thoroughly clean every home before painting by pressure washing with a bleach detergent rinse. Then they caulk and fill cracks, cover all windows, landscaping and all other items not to be painted. Then they sprayed on a clear sealer and two coats of Sherwin William's Resilience satin finish. This will provide a long lasting finish specific to the Florida humid environment.
