This was a very dirty cage. We begin with a thorough pressure washing and bleaching to kill the mold and mildew and remove all the dirt. The next day we begin the painting process. We cover the pool deck and pool. All landscaping and anything else that might be affected. Then we spot prime any rusty screws and apply a clear sealer that will lock in any chalky paint. Next we spray apply Sherwin Williams All Surface Enamel to give you that beautiful new finish. A few days later all new screens can be installed and you have a beautiful new pool area at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Estimated Budget: $3500
